I did not get a response to my ticket / enquiry?


We always try to answer all tickets in a timely manner and generally answer most customer enquiries within 24 hours, however we do not guarantee a specific response time.

If you have not received a response within this time, then it may be that reply has ended up in your spam folder.  Please addd the joeblow.me domain to your email whitelist to ensure that our replies do not end up mistaken for spam. 

You can also view support tickets and responses online by logging in to your account and viewing your ticket on the website. Simply log in using the 'Sign In' button above and then click on your username to access your account.

If you are a non-customer you are  welcome to submit tickets and enquiries but please note that priority response is reserved for customers and so response times may vary.

Please note that support is ONLY provided via the helpdesk Monday to Friday. ACST / ACDT.
