Our crank drive pulleys are manufactured in house and feature a dual belt drive setup. The original vee belt drive is retained for the generator and an additional belt drive is added to drive the supercharger.
The separate belt drive allows the blower belt to be tensioned independently of the alternator belt which takes the load off of the alternator bearings and also allows a wider belt to be utilised for the blower drive which is necessary for higher boost pressures.
The pulley is supplied with a PK5 width belt as standard but can also be ordered in belt widths up to PK8. We also have a dual vee belt version for those who want a more vintage look as well as a gilmer version for race applications.
Supplied in raw aluminium we can also supply pulleys in a range of custom finishes.
