It has come to my attention that there may be a dimensional issue with the pulley hub on our new 3pcs pulleys. The nose of the pulley may be too long which causes an issue with installation. This can be seen on the following image
The correct dimension for the pulley spigot is approximately 16mm
I have quarantined current stock and am trying to isolate where and when the issue has arisen.
I have emailed all customers that have purchased one of our new pulleys, either as an individual component or as part of our performance kit, so hopefully you have already received notification. However we do not know if this issue applies to all pulleys shipped, or only a portion of them. I will know more once I have had a chance to review the quarantined stock.
If you have already installed the pulley and have not had installation issues, then this issue most likely does not apply to you as it prevents the pulley from being installed correctly, however you can confirm using the measurement above.
If you find this issue with your pulley but have not received an email, please raise a helpdesk ticket and let me know so that I can organise a replacement hub to be shipped out.
