How can I check my order status?

Order statuses are emailed to you when your order changes status. If you have not received any emails relating to your purchase please check your spam folder.

To check the status of your order on the website, log in to your account using the login link at the top of the main website.

Log in using the details you provided at checkout.

Once logged in you will see your account page and can view your orders

Order status information including tracking info is displayed in your orders
